Okay, here's the patch. I went up to the teleporter to the mashup of timelines. I fixed some bugs that weren't in the log, like how the old man reappears in his room after you fix the bridge. Also fixed the bugs of Chapter 23 that were in the log, except for the ones related to the ending and except for this one: "Make step-on switch sounds for the final two switches". Couldn't think of an easy way to do it without the sound looping itself... It's pretty minor compared to the rest of what still needs to be done, so I skipped it.
I added a minor joke concerning the old man (see screenshots). The final dungeon should be dark in mood but I think this adds to the surreal nature of the place.
