Once the final outfit is ready and setup (Which I hope this isn't just a recolor of lucca with a few pixels added on), then i'll start working on the sheet and cutting out flaws and what not.

Yep, but I need ideas of how to modify it (what to add) so any ideas anyone?

She's really stiff, needs more movement of clothing or hair.  Some poses have no emotion, alot seem to be off..Bit harsh, but it's best to get those out there in the open

Hmm very true but I have to wait for MagilsugaM to finish the hair before I modify the clothing, emotion etc coz if I don't we end up with an enormous confusing mess left for me to clean up.

A little help to make everything fully compatible with the SNES hardware limits and the game engine: image 1, image 2.
These sprite sheets use 16 colors in total (sorry, had to remove those logos and portrait to have a clean palette), even tho they are pretty much identical to the one MagilsugaM posted. I couldn't really remember how CT used to store colors for characters and their weapons, so I made two sheets. The first one uses 2 colors for the weapon and 13 for the character (plus transparency, which is never stored anywhere in the ROM since it's redundant), while second one uses 3 colors for the weapon (it's in the png palette, but not actually used - check the last color, pure black rgb000) and 12 for the character.

Yea 2 for weapon 1 transparency the rest are character colors.

I always thought it was 3 colors for weapon and 12 for the character. The offset guide says 12 colors each for the PC/NPC/Enemy palettes.

Personally I don't think we should worry too much about color until we completely finish the sprites

I saw two other threads on here too: one about getting six-character names for characters, and another for an 8th character slot; these would greatly help if you want to put Schala in =/

Yeah I've always wanted to see it happen too.

Why would you replace Lucca her techs are killer I'd replace Robo he's weak and has weak techs
