Frog's Curse And Magus

Not necc anything.  Keep in mind defeating Magus doesn't turn you back into Glenn immediately, so its possible there might be another cause.  Maybe it wears off after awhile?  Maybe Magus in defeat keeps honor and casts a last spell?

Gah, this is getting sticky. Hmm, maybe this has something to do with the way Magus bites the bullet. If you do kill him at the North Cape he explodes in the same manner as the Chrono Trigger breaks on the top of death peak. Maybe Magus still resonated in the DBT for a while before he truly dies, it happened to Crono, I don't see why it doesn't happen to everyone. So the spell still lasts until he is fully deleted.

I don't think it really shade light on thing because when you defeat him he stay Frog anyway but it may help theory destroy other

Yeah, but that's why people have a problem w/the curse in the first place...Because you defeat him and it doesn't break the curse right then and there...I think someone should hack it using the limited Glenn sprites (the cool new one, not the wimpy one when he got turned into Frog) to make it so you change into Glenn right after

He's not exactly lying...he just doesn't specify when or how it would come about or anything really...

Yes, you have to kill Magus to get the ending where Glenn turns back to human, so he's not lying. In CT's remake you see the ending where Crono and Marle marry, you also see Glenn in human shape, being knighted.

Yeah, that's the other thing...Even if you don't kill Magus, in that ending, we still see that Frog has changed back into Glenn...

Who knows, maybe the CT journey got Glenn and Janus on friend status? Because although he dosen't show it, I'm quiet sure he trusts the CT team, and in the end, considers them as friends.

Doubt that. The mystics were abnoxious to his purpose, wanting only to defeat the humans. I think that he found friends in them because they cared for Schala, too. I'm not saying he was nice to them, I'm just saying that somewhere, deep inside, Janus maybe considered them as trust-worthy, maybe even equals, because they were as powerful as he was.

Wait, what? They cared for Schala too? Also, it doesn't seem like he has much respect for them, power or not...I mean, he doesn't seem to respect Crono's power, does he? And I don't think any of the Mystics were as powerful as Magus was. "Deep inside" yeah...that doesn't sound like our Magus too much...Not saying that he couldn't feel that way...There just doesn't seem to be enough there to come to such a conclusion...

There is enough: After so much adventure, ANYONE could become at least a bit more caring for people, even if it's not shown. Something inside. Plus the fact he got his revenge, and probably woulden't be able to get it without Crono and co.
