Frog's Curse And Magus

ok I'll quote Magus

after defeating Lavos' Shell
Quote
Magus: You can open your eyes.
   We're inside!

When you're fighting Queen Zeal in the Black Omen
Quote
Magus: I, myself, will bring an end
   to all of this!

When Ayal Talk to Marle about "leaving nest" when she reconcilled(sp?) with her father
Quote
Magus: Perhaps we could have this
   conversation later...?

On the Rainbow shell
Quote
Magus: There's a letter here.
   Shall we burn it?

AHAHAH here's the letter
Quote
«Dearest Marle, I know things
are tough between you and your
   father.

But nothing can break your bond of
blood. Neither words of anger, nor
   great distances.

   Someday, when you have children,
   you will understand.

This special bond is part of a family
   tree which links us together.
       -Queen Guardia XXI, Leene.»

When yuou deafeat Mother brain all machiens are shut down and Robo seems sad here's what each charascters says

Quote
Marle: Robo......

Lucca: Robo......

Frog: Robo......

Ayla: Robo??

Magus: Hmph!
   We're leaving!

When Crono has come back

Quote
Magus: ...

You got whacked, 'cuz you're weak.

note that Magus did nothing more than Crono

When you go talk to hin in the EoT and you say you don't want him

Quote
Magus: The weak always strive to
   be weaker...

Quote
Frog: That fool...

No one that young is supposed to
   leave this mortal coil...

Ayla: Crono strong!
   Not gone yet!
   Ayla find Crono!!

Magus: Doesn't matter if HE's here
   or not.

   My attention is focused elsewhere...

Note that Frog say "That fool", fool is written on Cyrus tomb too, no?

Well that's all I can think, I saw no other good-with-allies quote only neutral

Yes, yes, he's cold-hearted and cruel. But actually, he has some sympathy towards Crono; He thinks Crono and Schala recieved the same fate, so Crono is living proof that even those killed by Lavos can somehow return.

Oh, and Glenn says that from bitterness. Crono is his friend, and in fact his brother in arms: They both use swords. He always tells Crono of what a great swordsman he can become!

Quote from: Janus Zeal
Hmph!
We're leaving!

He says that because that's just his way of dealing with sorrow.

Quote from: Janus Zeal]I, myself, will bring an end
to all of this![/quote]

Vengence in Schala's name, and vengence for his ruined childhood.

[quote="Janus Zeal

His relation with his only parent were terrible, so he cares nothing for parent-child relations.

Well even if he has a terrible life he doesn't care at all for the other he could just have waited outside or whatever.

I know that for Crono/Frog relation but Cyrus/Glenn relation was the same if not more and we can read on Cyrus' Tombstone

"The fool who challenge Magus"

I actually think Ozzie was the one who wrote that. Glenn felt guilty for surviving Magus' attack, but the conditions were different with Crono: Crono almost chose to die.

And I'm saying it happaned deep inside, not in the most obvious way.

Frog would have buried Cyrus ashes and left the tombstone with nothing then Ozzie would come and write that? Seems wierd to me, but it could make sense

Where did you pick THAT up? Someone saw a green Demi-Human bury Cyrus, both Ozzie and Frog fall into that description.

Ok so now you think Ozzie would have taken Cyrus ashes after his death to go at night in the castle to make a tombstone for Cyrus?

Oh and here's the quote

Quote
[Young Woman]
10 years ago a beast was seen carrying
   something into the Northern Ruins.
   Treasure, perhaps?!

nothing green here so it may be alot of things

Bah. Don't know where I picked that up.

At any rate, I find it weird as to how Frog got there. Ozzie could of gotten to Choras by means of magic, and would put Cyrus in a tome that mocks him. Buried by his foes, with a tombstone of ridicule.

Frog is a frog you know and frog can swim pretty fast too, but I agree it could be one of them but one would have written that (from YOUR point of view) and the other wouldn't have do such a useless thing, or maybe the two cooperated?

It just seems like the whole Magus having good feelings toward anyone but his sister is a little too much conjecture when really he never says anything to this degree...Wait, conjecture? Is that even the right word? Whatever...

Also, if you study the japanese version of what he says about Crono up on the cape, it's a lot more obvious that he doesn't respect him at all.

Can you quote what he says so we have an idea?
Did they censored it because it was so direspectful?

It was more his wording when he talked about Crono. The disrespectful versions of pronouns and the like that don't properly translate into English...

Yeah, He called Crono a coakroach and he doesn't use alot of polite chracters, like Schala in the japanese version always talks using "WA", that shows respect if you use it at the end of words and also shows politeness. Besides speaking to her underlings as if they were even: "Ohio Gozaimasu" Gozaimasu would only be used to show respect and be polite to an elder or someone of higher rank. Not sure that I wrote it properly in Romaji, but I'm forgetting my japanese over the holidays xD

Uhg, I don't feel like reading through a bunch of pages of this, but in one of the CT endings, Glenn is ACTUALLY reverted to human form and pops out of the gate. He looks freaking awesome. Lucca and Marle go: Is that Frog?!" or something to that effect.

The ending is one where you don't save Crono. (Oh and I killed Magus)
