Metal Gear Solid 4. Several Occasions:

Raiden getting his arms torn off. (okay, those were tears of joy and laughter.)

Eva dying.

When Big Boss cuts off Zero's air supply. The fact that one of your most trusted allies turned into the villain... Wow.

But then again, I did laugh in that scene, because he was pretty much a vegetable. I mean, you see him pwet himself right in his wheelchair. Good Stuff.

Luckily I'm the type of guy who LOOKS for spoilers.  I watched the ending for MGS4 as soon as it was posted (while I was still playing Act II).  So, uh, I was just playing, Tact.  Others, however, may not.

Huh. I actually try to avoid spoilers as much as possible. Before I finally played the game, my friends who knew I didn't want to know anything about the story before I started playing sent me a youtube link that they said related to Chrono Break. It was really the MGS4 ending, which I battled myself internally, In which half of my mind said "CLOSE THE WINDOW! CLOSE THE DAMN WINDOW!" and the Other half said, "LEAVE IT OPEN! I A CLOWN! ARF!"

I closed it right when Big Boss appeared. I actually got into a fight with the guy who sent me the link the next day XD I couldn't sleep all night knowing Big Boss was alive.

I really do hope that works out soon. I'd hate for us to lose Satoh's modeling skills, he's become a staple in the project.
