It's a nostalgic concept that doesn't take much man power to implement - I mean, because it's 8-bit I'm sure the manpower behind the game was quite minimal. I only have Megaman8 for PS1, and Megaman and bass for GBA. Although I'm a huge fan of the Mega man legends series. If a third one comes out, you can bet I'll be buying it. But, seriously, that post was mostly tongue-in-cheek...Although I DO find it odd that it will basically be a grandiose ROM hack, I AM still a dedicated Capcom fanboy and I don't see anything wrong with that. They make a game and make minor changes to it. Is that a bad thing? To some people it is. Some call it stagnation, playing it safe & counter-innovative, while fans call it staying true, giving them what they want, and not messing with the formula (basically the Capcom rule is: If it ain't broke, don't fix it). Their innovation is normally seen in their series spin-off titles & just new franchises they create every so often. If you like one game in a series, it's easy to pick up any of the others because it's not very different. Regardless of how good the graphics are, he's just running, shooting, and jumping in 2d. The graphics it's using are good, and wonderfully nostalgic.
