Missoula!  When I lived in ND I went there quite a few times... I miss the midwest.  If you haven't been to Montana before, it will catch you off guard at first, but in time you may end up falling in love with it as I did.

I didn't even count windchill, our record windchill is -80.

Wait, you said Fargo? Dammit. I must admit defeat. I once looked up yearly temperatures, and Fargo was, actually, just about the only major population centre colder than Edmonton on the whole. Edmonton's about on par with Moscow, you see. But Fargo... is just that tad bit colder, as I recall.

I am from Western Europe, and Southeast Asia, and the United States.  1 year in a trailer park right outside of a large U.S. city.  1 year in a tropical jungle with no electricity and no running water.  7 years in a bustling, corrupt, polluted, beautiful city that I have always called my home, where security guards at malls carry guns and where animism is the norm.  4 years in the city of Edinburgh, Scotland--sandwiched between a looming dell and a football field.  3 years in one of the largest cities in the world, attending an overseas boarding school.  1 year alone in a city on the East Coast.  I spent 1 year in Hell.  The remaining 2ish years were scattered across one state in the Midwest, either attending kindergarten or university, and since January I have lived in another state altogether at another university.

I am from all of these places, yet I am from none of them.  I have moved over 30 times.  I didn't realize I was Caucasian until I was 6 years old.  I will always call one country home, a country that I can never fully be a part of.

So where am I from?  You tell me.  ^_^

Anyway, I was born and raised in southern South Carolina. I'm now going to college in northern South Carolina, near the border of North Carolina.

I get to see snow this year. Hooray.

I was born in California. If you take an image of the state of California and put your finger in the very center of the state, that's where I'm from. Merced. I moved here, near Memphis, TN when I was 4 years old. I'm 22 now, so I've pretty much been raised here.

I was born in Santiago de Cuba, got out of that hell people call communism when I was 5, and we moved to Panama City, Panama, which is where I reside right now, and I will be moving in a couple of months to northern Mexico.
