Cyrus is a lot closer than previous ideas.  Although if we want to go with that Frog would have to be Luke.

Why would Frog be Luke? Cyrus is Obi-Wan. Frog is Yoda. It fits well enough in my books.

You're forgetting that Frog is younger than Cyrus.  And he was one of the few witnesses of Cyrus's death.  The only thing that would fit for Frog being Yoda is his appearance.  If Cyrus is Obi-wan it wouldn't make sense for Crono to be Luke, because for one Crono has never even met Cyrus.

I don't think we're going to get everything to fit exactly from Chrono Trigger to Star Wars...Frog is also the only one who'd be able to pull off all those jumping sword moves like Yoda. And he'd be a better Jedi than Cyrus as well (he was a better swordsman).

I don't think we're trying to fit the characters of CT into Star Wars with their previous social status/relationships intact...

We're just finding the best natches. So yes, Cyrus would be Obi-Wan, and Frog would be Yoda.

Oh yeah, I chose the Twi'lek slave girl for Flea because I figured Flea's want to dress up as something with some beauty to it...and Flea could just make two braids instead of one to mimic it...although I guess since Flea can turn into a bat (not to mention a female?), I guess morphing into a Twi'lek wouldn't be too hard...>_>

That sounds like everyone, unless someone is an extreme Star Wars fan and wants even the characters with one or two lines to have somebody.

There aren't enough major characters in CT to have all those guys.  I wonder if CC would have been easier.  Oh well.  Now all we need are some really bad animators to take a copy of episodes 4-6 and replace the heads of ordinary characters with picture cut outs of CT characters.  We might need different voice actors too.  Especially for people like Zeal and Lucca.
