Mega Energy
« on: August 27, 2008, 07:47:47 pm »

Holy crap! I want!

Apparently it's an energy drink (go fig) to coincide with the release of Mega Man 9 and it's called "Rockman E Can Drink" for about $1.25...I wonder what it tastes like...

EDIT: I'm gonna make this thread just about Mega Man in general since 1) Tact was right & 2) That's where it seems to be headed anyways...

How can it be bad? It charges your HP to max, and if you have a power stolen and equipped that will be recharged as well! I'm thinking of strolling through the mall with a bag of these and the head of Flashman both over my shoulder.

I just realized that V did something he hates; Posting a random picture outside of the "WTF" thread.

First time for everything.

Megaman is awesome. However lately he's having a little trouble holding himself up(just like a lot of classics such as Sonic)but I have a strong feeling that megaman 9 is gonna get the blue bomber back the recognition he deserves.

Well, of course Megaman beats Sonic.
Sonic has yet as of late to see a good game hit him(although his luck might be turning soon)
Megaman has had SOME success at least which can be shown from the fact he got a show for a little while there. Megaman Starforce. That made a good game, but a horrible TV show. As Nin10doh! Properly explains, the sum of the show is the kid getting the crap kicked outta him by these kids who want to be the perfect students, and they do this KNOWING he recently lost his dad so they force him to do what he doesn't want to do and they do all of this because they love him. :P
It's better than what Sonic's gotten for awhile now. Megaman scoring from 6-7s and Sonic from 3-6s. And other major mascots? Don't get started. Point is, Megaman is turning his luck by reverting back to his most primitive form. 8-Bit.

Bleh, I don't think that Mega needs to resort to something as gimmicky (not to mention lazy) as retro graphics, personally. The current Mega Man ZX series is proof that his 2D side-scrolling action works perfectly well in updated graphics...and still kicks ass~!! But w/e...

I would love to see a match between Samus and him...
