Syobon pales in comparison to IWBTG. After playing IWBTG for an hour i'd take Syobon with ease. I'd take it and be grateful.

How about the NES Silver Surfer game? That one very quickly reduced me to tears & I usually love such kinds of oldschool shooters...

I just played the first level of the ROM, and sadly NO. IWBTG is like videogame hell.

Tried it, it's pretty tough but I've had harder time with other games. The Lion King on SNES. It seems simple enough, I follow the instructions in the level "I can't Wait To Be King" when riding the bird and for some reason I always break Simba's neck on a tree that isn't even there. I don't know, and I've been at it for years, at least once a week I try it. Never can I escape the invisible tree... :(

 I got it quite a while back, maybe a year or so ago? last fall?    I never made it past Bowser/Wario, I think though. Either that, or I did, but Hard Man fell on me. :(
