I'm at work right now but i've been following the project.  These guys truly truly put in an awesome effor.  Not as much as I have on Crimson Echoes (haha jk) but from the screenshots/videos they are putting their heart into it.  and it just shows what can happen when fans really go all out.

THe best screenshot i saw (and the point where i realized this project was for real) was when you talk to a mouse and he says something along the lines of

Mouse:  This place has alot of squeekret packages.

That kind of attention to detail should be applauded.

I've played it, but haven't progressed very far into it. Admittedly, Mother 3's fan translation release woke me up and reminded me the series existed.

EDIT: ACK! I forgot Mother 3 was the one with rhythm-based combo attacks!! Without speakers I'm not really going to be able to use those...I get lucky every once in a while & get a 2-hit combo...and once I got REALLY lucky & managed a 3-hit...V_V

I have speakers and I can't get them normally.  (I can get them if you use the special item that helps....) they definitely aren't necessary to play the game though.

Yeah, I know, but hearing that a 16-hit combo is possible is just kind of discouraging...V_V

  i played the game almost all day. is every chapter a different character?

I think Chapter 4 is the start of the main character's quest...I could be wrong though...It's '3 years later' anyways...
