Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm not excited. That'll only happen if God comes down and blesses Crono and somehow allows him to actually win.
As for Samus, it's possible. Crono was damned close to Samus last round only thing I believe holding him back was Vincent. Mario, oh yeah, Crono stands a chance. For some reason(I think it may even be on purpose)the two always wind up in these battles and although Mario's won more, whenever Crono has a game come out he manages to scare off the plumber. Link, once again, miracles, yada yada.
Sonic, that is insulting...
Lastly, it's made for fun, and they already state that every year. I don't think it's a good gaming community topic though for this sort of reason. People taking it seriously, whether it is out of reasons like Zeality's, V_Translanka's, Delta Dragon, whoever! This is a community of hardcore gamers, and so we are bound to take this to an extreme(whether you admit it or not I_I), while as people who know squat about games see it as popularity, and there is the smallest number of people, the people who know what it's about. I don't know what it is that makes it such a touchy subject, and I don't think I care to know.
