Shin, could you tell me how to load the save? I put it in the same folder as the rom with the same name, but when I run the game I only get the "New Game" option

I wonder how to get the new ending btw. Was it confirmed there was a new ending?

The heart sound effect from CT SNES sound like a real heart beat in CTDS. when you choose not to fight lavos in 1999 A.D.

also, you put the save in the battery folder.

Perhaps the new ending can be accessed by killing Lavos in the Ocean Palace incident...

Upon completion of the game, a new ending referred to as the 'Dimensional Distortion' is unlocked. This is supposedly an entirely new dungeon that contains a new final boss.

It fits though. You basically got 3 new dungeons that are unlocked. 1 of them showed you stuff from Dalton, perhaps the new boss is unlocked after you beat the other dungeons. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens when you've finished the other 2...

Dark Serge, is the FMV with Crono and Marle's marriage the same as in the PSX version?
Does it still show Lucca finding Kid as a baby?

Yes, that part is definitely still in it. The whole FMV has remained the same.

The first video is done, it shows the Dalton encounter. The next video will be the entire Temporal Vortex.

Yeah if you change their equipment the code's effect wears off.

While i not have fight the new final boss, the name is Dream Devourer. I went to the site dark serge went to, and open up a .db file and search for chrono trigger, and all the codes are there. ;D
