I always wondered if that was a fuck-up. It seems like Arc Impulse (I refuse to call it Frost Arc) instead of FireSword.

Hmmm yeah perhaps it was a very early artwork, and perhaps they wanted to give Marle fire first but changed it. Or something

If that's true, and seeing as they gave her Ice, then why did they keep the pic?

Yeah, geez, I pre-order my game, and no poster or soundtrack...what a ripoff. Anyone else in Canada have this happen?

Me too, it did not come with posters and soundtrack when they opened the box in front of me. Canadians always get ripped off. :(

A lot of Marle's Techs, not just Arc Impulse, look like fire...Only it's blue...Someone should make a good edit of the art only invert the fire's colors...Then it'd be more accurate...but w/e...it's magic.

thing is, it's just the cover art of the USA CTDS.

Hey, I know this is my first post (greetings by the way), but I'm almost certain that the person you're speaking of is me on Gamefaqs. The User Name in that thread should be "Guilty_Gearhead". I actually came to this site after obtaining the new ending, and decided to browse the forums, as well as to clear some plot issues I had up.

Anyways, the poster is sweet. It shall soon be framed and displayed. Not THE greatest poster, but I'll take what I can get.  :)

It's because of the analysis. Those things are timeless, so any new perspectives are welcome. Granted, that doesn't even exist in most forums; it's just spur-of-the-moment general discussions without much meaning or relevance.

I preordered it because I wanted to make sure I got it immediatly. Apparently there's a ton of Chrono fans in my neighborhood, as by the time I got to Gamestop after school, I had the last one.
I found out it came with a poster AND a soundtrack, I exploded again.
