Leaving the nest (without really going anywhere)

 I was wondering if anyone knew any other worthwhile Chrono Trigger communities? Order of the Black Wind is dead, and that was the only other really enjoyable place I knew of. Does anyone know if Chronicles is any good? Or should I avoid it?

If you're looking for an active place, the only other Chrono site I really know is the Chrono Crisis forums. You should give them a try. ^___^

On the other hand, if you want to start with a fresh new forum, why not make your own? There are plenty of free forum services out there.

Crisis forums are pretty much dead now.  Since the 3 biggest spammers left or got banned, it's a ghost town.

 Well if I started a board it might get a considerate influx, striking while the iron's hot so to speak. Though I wouldn't see people and say "hey I know you  you go here too eh?"   Plus, I'm not really up to Skinning an invision site...   again...

Crisis is hardly dead in my opinion, when I first joined there would maybe be only a few posts a week. >.>

Anyway, there are some websites dedicated to making skins. Also, I wouldn't suggest using invision free, I'd try something like Jcink (http://ipbservice.jcink.com/) to host your forums. It's the same basic program as IF, with some much needed upgrades.

Chronicles is dead.  The Compendium and Chrono Crisis forums are all that are left.  I was at the Crisis forums for a while, but I pretty much left them and came here.  Not for any reason in particular, I just wanted more Chrono-related discussion and this was the place for it.  There wasn't a whole lot of analysis going on over there, so I split and came here.

I would still go over there, but I'm not the type of guy who can juggle multiple forums at once.
