Wondering About A Couple Items

Oh ok, thanks for the info on the 600AD/1000AD Hero's Grave items. that makes much more sense

Yup, and it's not just for the Hero's Grave either; almost every single sealed chest will be upgraded if you examine but do not open them in 600 CE. (except for a few that don't exist in 1000 CE, such as the one in the Magic Cave.

Also, what does the Angel's Tiara do? I've heard somewhere that it gives Auto-Haste and Status Immunity, but I may be remembering wrong or that may just be wishful thinking. :/ I'm just wondering if it's worth getting, since I absolutely loathe going through the Dimensional Vortices.

If there is a way to get both Auto-Haste and Status Immunity on a female without using Schala's Amulet, I will be quite pleased. :D

There is such an item? Wow! That would certainly leave the accessory slot accessible to some more beneficial. Anyone know where to get one of those?

Hold your horses, I don't know for sure. I'll be going to the Antiquity Vortex soon to get it, though, so stay tuned... ;)

Like you said, though, if there's a female item that gives both Auto-Haste and Status Immunity, that would simply make my day. :D

I just beat two VERY annoying bosses. You killed one and then the other would revive it. I'm talking about Lost Sanctum in 65000000BC. I was lvl 52 for everyone, it was the most difficult battle ever for me. I had Robo equipped with Crisis Arm, and since I had to kill both monsters at the same time for them to stay dead, I would use Frog's Frog Squash and Ayla's Dino Tail. It's kind of difficult to achieve in killing two monsters that revive each other if left alive and one of your character needs his last digit as 9 to be able to do 5000+ damage with attacks and for the other two members to have low HP for their highest TP attack to it's full potential. My most challenging fight ever.

After the fight I was greeted by the reptites and given a Valor Crest. It's increases critical hit rate as well as adding a 50% counter rate. It's only equip able by Ayla, is it because she was in my lead? Or is it truly hers to own and equip?


EDIT: All my characters leveled up twice, I was surprised to see that I got over 30000 exp, I forgot to take into account that I had killed the bosses over and over and over... It's a great fight to level up on I'd say.

Yes, it's Ayla-only. I had a party of Crono, Janus, and Glenn, it was still Ayla-only. Kinda sucks, since it's so awesome, but oh well.

(At ** levels, give Ayla the Valor Crest and Robo the Dragon Tear and Apocalypse Arm. Double 9999 damage for the win! Have fun! :D)

(Angel's Tiara + Regal Gown = Haste, Barrier, Protect, AND status immunity! Guys can only get Protect and status immunity or Haste and status immunity! Ah well, they can't equip the Nova Armor, so they're a bit behind until you get the Tiara...)
