Translation: Improved Seed Fio

Actually, 改良種フィオ means 'improved type Fio' literally, or we can just say 'Improved Fio', 'New type Fio'.
That is what NeoFio means, the original translation is accurate.

種 can means seed sometimes, but here, it means type, 改良種 is a whole word.

Harle

Translation: Harlequin

ツクヨミ Tsukuyomi
It means 月讀, the god of moon in Japanese mythology.

Lynx

Name: Yamaneko
Translation: Mountain lion

ヤマネコ yamaneko
yama=山, mountain
neko=貓, cat
And 山貓, the whole word, means lynx exactly(or wild cat).

This is not a correction, I just search it for fun.
The word is probably derived from Lazurite.
ラピス ラズリー, Lapis Lazuri means Azure stone, they are same thing IMO.

I have the feeling that many, if not all, of the "Japanese names" for things in Chrono Cross come from Elranzer's guide.
So, quoting from Elranzer's guide, some names in the encyclopedia I think might be wrong.

Cape Hope - Cape Howl
Lunar Sea - El Nido Triangle
The Tesseract - Darkness of Time

It can't be... since many of the element names are derived from English words. Even Serge's weapon swallow, Kid's weapon dagger, Guile's weapon rod, Viper's weapon sword, Norris's weapon gun, Zappa's weapon hammer,  Korcha's weapon Lure, Nikki's weapon pick.......blahblah.......are all from English words.
If you say 'mistranslated', that means they have troubles to turn them back to the original one.

What about "Gravitonne"? And, seriously, it's "Bushwacker" & "Bushbasher"?

Hmm, you are right...

BushBasher is ニードル(ni-doru, needle) in JPN version.
Gravitonne is グラビトン(guraviton or gurabiton), no idea what is that...

Cape Howl - 風鳴きの岬 Cape Windhowl (cape of the howling wind, Cape Howl is OK anyway).
El Nido Triangle - 海月海 Sea-moon(literally, but it means Jellyfish in Japanese) Sea.
Darkness of Time - 時の闇
Darkness beyond Time - 時の闇の彼方(beyond Darkness of Time)
Hmm, I don't know why it is Tesseract...maybe the translator thought 方=square.

Hey, the descriptions of Special Raisins adn Silver Mirrors are duplicated.

Darn, we'll need to know what to put in for the Silver Mirror.

Yeah, some items has special usage. The 'Special Raisins' choice can recover 10 HP(the first time you try it), as well as the Line(randomly, for a chance of 3/7 you will gain 35HP, and for a chance of 4/7 you get beaten by Kid).  Choosing the file will make Serge lose 8HP.
