No, no hahaha. I know exactly how much two decimeters is. Because I went to school for science for 5 long years my brain thinks irreversibly in the metric system now.
But in America, since we don't use the metric system, you never hear a weatherman saying "decimeters of snow". It's always like "4 inches" or "a foot" etc.
So when you said "two decimeters of snow", I immediately thought of some weatherman telling people that we would get two decimeters of snow, and then a bunch of confused american's going: "What the fuck is a decimeter?" and trying to figure it out.
