Those kind of things take time, not to mention if they are doing the idea, and if there is nothing else to do.

The hack's last update was in June-July with everything done until Chapter 29x. There is still the last chapters, plus Hector's Raymond's mode to be done.

Impressive. These guys' art is spot-on. And the dialog from the video wasn't too shabby either. I wanted to say who I thought looked the most like their Cross counterpart...but dammit, they've pretty much nailed all of 'em head on.

So far, nobody from Trigger. And judging from the prologue before the chapter, expect Serge and Leena to appear somewhere, although I don't know if they are going to be playable...

I'm now in Chapter 16, yet still no Viper or Steena in sight, or anyone else. Although I know that Steena will join by chapter 18, since she replaced Dart, but about Viper... he either replaced Canas, Fiora, or Legault. I'm guaranteed to have him as late as Chapter 19.

Knew it, Steena replaced Dart.

As a last edit (I hope), here is Viper, in his debut in Chapter 19 as an enemy Level 16 Knight. Sorry, he is not recruitable with Glenn or Karsh, you have to use Eliwood (for now, anyway, I think).

Replaced, everyone was. The only exceptions so far are:

Kent, Sain, Matthew, Nils, Eliwood, and Ninian (Not yet there, but it's obvious by now).

You can say they were removed, or just weren't involved.

No, the promoted class, General, only uses spears and axes. In FF8 they could use swords too. But this isn't FF8.
