It's rank of irony. While, I don't personally hate him, he's had it coming for a long time. As for NaN, it means 'Not a Number' -- a return after a failed function. At any rate, I don't think he was banned, but rather the rank is probationary(much like Mona Pizza's "Grounded" rank) -- for his abusal of his membership to frequently(as in 20-40 times a day) post inane and sometimes derogatory replies while not producing anything beneficial to the community at large.
I'm pretty sure if he cleans his act up, so to speak, the rank will be lifted.
