Since I couldn't find a sample for orchestra hit, I used a strange voice sample from CT.I don't know if I'm correct, are the sounds(in place of those human voice) orchestra hits?[attachment deleted by admin] Logged FaustWolf Guru of Time Emeritus Arbiter (+8000) Posts: 8972 Fan Power Advocate Re: Inject custom spc music into CT « Reply #31 on: January 29, 2009, 03:50:20 am » Man, what a weird voice sample -- sounds kind of like a dog choking. I don't even think I've ever heard that sample before, so it's great for the novelty value alone. Sounds like you've got the sequence data spot on, now just to play with the instruments a bit. I could probably fiddle with it down the road if you want to move on to other things. For reference, this is how the in-game track sounded:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hueiNU7P20M Logged utunnels Guru of Reason Emeritus Zurvan Surfer (+2500) Posts: 2797 Re: Inject custom spc music into CT « Reply #32 on: January 29, 2009, 03:58:42 am » Yeah, that voice sounds funny. I took a look, it is supposed to be the shout effect in Millennial Fair.Replaced it with snare drum.[attachment deleted by admin] Logged FaustWolf Guru of Time Emeritus Arbiter (+8000) Posts: 8972 Fan Power Advocate Re: Inject custom spc music into CT « Reply #33 on: January 29, 2009, 05:03:12 am » Hmm, it's going to be difficult finding an appropriate instrument for that one. Is it possible to just cut and paste CT instrument samples from our sample pack into the SPC file? I might just be inspired to start exploring these now. Arni Village and Dragon's Prayer are my favourites. The latter sounds like it could play during the introduction of a game, the way it starts softly and picks up after 1:00.
