Don't forget Biggs and Wedge, though they're the ones making a cameo in CT. They show up in almost every Final Fantasy game that has come out.

It's more like half, but yeah...They started in FFVI in the FF series, I believe...but, technically they're making 'cameos' from Star Wars...

Here's a one that is very unlikely but still cool to think. In the Killers song "All these things that I've done", he says ~time, truth, and heart~ which if you think about it and really want it, could be the three gurus. Time - Gasper Truth(reason) - Belthazar and Heart(life) - Melchior

Actually I believe Gespar would be time and Melchior would be truth (reason) other than that, it sounds right.

oh I see. The way it cuts off to a new line makes it look like your point to gespar as the guru of reason

I don't know if it has something to do with CT, a funny name though.

Isn't that a Poyozo in the lower right?

I may be looking too hard for references, but the zig-zags on the scoreboard where it says "Space Championship" remind me of Lavos (who, I might add, is from space).

The Lavos outline is kind of unlikely, but who knows? The yellow panel on the left reads "GGER"...could this mean "TRIGGER"? Anyway, the Poyozo is a nice cameo, and if someone hasn't noticed, the green guy on the right is a Tonberry from the FF series. Incidentally, Tonberries are heavily featured in FFXI (they're the equivalents of the Zealian Earthbound Ones), so I wonder WHO exactly created DynamiTracer. It looks like it could really be the Chrono/FFXI team.

Concerning Chrono Twigger in DQH:Rocket Slime, I think I've read somewhere that it was called something else in the Japanese version. Richard Honeywood (from CC) was actually the translator for that game, so apparently he's the one that came up with this name.

Anyway, Zeal, Ninja Gaiden and Masa/Mune cameos in this thread ->

Gaspar appears in "Koi Ha Balance: Battle of Lovers", a simple board game/dating sim for the Satellaview.

Johnny or a lookalike also appears, wearing human clothes and riding a bicycle (lol).

There's also a character that looks like the CC version of Kid. Koi Ha Balance was released in 1996 well before Chrono Cross, so unlike Gaspar and Johnny this one is probably a coincidence, unless Masato Kato had something to do with this game and had the idea of a red Kid at that time (Kid wears brown and green clothes in RD).
