1996 Chrono Trigger 2 demo video "supposedly" in existence? [25000]

Thanks to Mako of Xenogears-Fansite's help (http://xenogears-fansite.com/forum/topic/750-looking-for-important-footage/page__gopid__1169), a page full of Xenogears demo videos was found at RPGamer (http://www.rpgamer.com/games/xeno/xg/xgmov.html).

Here is the video in question (http://movies.rpgamer.com/other/psx/xg/xenogear3.mov). The line is shown when the red transformer-like face appears, about 1/3rd of the way through.

Nice find! Argh, the resolution's so tiny...is it just me, or is the quote in the video not quite what ZeaLitY posted? Is it still close enough to the Chrono Cross script to carry the same meaning?


Hard to tell though. I "sharpened" the image as best I could.

Thanks for sharpening, Mako said she'll try to get the videos as high-quality and enlarged as possible when she posts them on her own site.

The Chrono Cross line:

The Xenogears line:

All that's changed is some punctuation.

Ive been searching many japanese sites for the demo video.

This japanese site: http://blog.goo.ne.jp/crea326/e/a5bdf3dbac581196e086fbebddb7e805  mentions the relationship between Chrono Trigger and Xenogears and shows the line that is in Chrono Cross with the red transformer face.
