I really find it funny that the guy thinks he knows everything because he knows Java
I never said I knew everything. I just assumed that most of the people here knew as much as I do, and I wasn't exactly expecting the compendium to be full of people who knew so much more than I do because I really haven't come upon a group that did before.
I know high level languages because that is what I taught myself, and that is the style of languages that all of the computer science style classes that I've been in have used. I knew there was more behind everything, I was never taught nor did I encounter anything related to lower level languages and machine language, so I never knew it. MY BAD that I didn't know wtf a pointer was, or how exactly a computer runs.
And if you're going to call me a dumbass why don't you just say it to me rather than imply it in 3rd person?
