In the CE team's defense, this leak made it out of the beta testing pool well before the C&D occurred. Probably before February 19 judging from circumstantial evidence. That's beyond the CE team's control now, but as long as the real 98% beta that existed on May 8 didn't leak, it should blow over. The CE team did everything in its power to make sure that all known copies were destroyed, and that good faith effort at full compliance should be enough hopefully.

odekam, that would be "Scrambled Eggman" by BrainCells and SnappleMan. It was an OCRemix completed for the Sonic 3 and Knuckles "Project Chaos" album. Definitely a great listen.

Yeah, we're 'Woolsey haters' apparently. Hopefully this is being read, 'cause the retranslation was done by Khwazit and Z out of curiosity and a sense of completion. We don't hate Woolsey in the slightest, he did a great job. It's just very interesting looking back and seeing so many differences in the scripts. If anyone could redirect their attention to the first post in this thread and the videos it'd be great.

I think these videos are going to generate more positive energy in the gaming community than pursuing a hopeless legal battle ever would have.  It's a pity that most will never get to play CE, but this is really the best outcome given the circumstances.  Again, really good job!  I'm really happy to have something worthwhile to watch over the next month.

I've one suggestion on the commentary, though, and that is:  When presented with choices (such as Crono's response in video 2 I believe), could you comment on the other possible outcomes?
