ugh... the {other} leaker could quite possibly be anyone, Laith may have one of the guys, but then again, it could be Laith, who knows. As far as I see it, let everything go, the game is out there, the leakers {truthfully} cant be stopped, they can just use HideIP and sign back up for the forums.

I've PM'd ZeaLitY with the details. Also, Pyt Fumv knows just as much as I do so I'm not alone in this. I can't believe it took this long to finally realize that, hey, this guy made it obvious.

no, he claimed to have wrote a letter TO Neil, or just SE in general, stating that The CC was trying to gain profit from this fan-game.  He admitted to this under the name Alienat0r on another board.  We found out because our developers are like CSI, AND Sherlock Holmes mixed into one ;).

SE isnt out for what they believe. If they did more research into the subject, they would have seen that Z never claimed copyrights and that the game was not to be sold for profit, they just read the email, took the opportunity and struck.

Look, although they didn't do enough research, they sure as hell didn't just listen to the email and run rampant. They came here, and at least looked at the readme in the demo. Likewise they also did enough to get Zeality's email (which probably isn't too tough) and Agent 12's home address.
