There's a sound effect that Agent 12 purposely kept out of all builds out of the expectation that this might have come to fruition (minor dialogue changes being easier to implement in the game code than sound effect changes).

I am so pissed that I never figured out the Jade Orb location now that I know about it. That's the kind of thing I could have edited in after the fact. I was wondering what that dude was talking about all the way back in Chapter 1. *chews on wrist*

Okay, I think this may have beaten Chapter 15 in my opinion. Of course, being nearly the end of the game, it is to be expected.
