The "King of Pop" died from Cardiac arrest in a hospital not to long ago.

Well, CNN didn't confirm it - they just reported what other sites had been reporting (it stated that in the article).  Either way, it seems to be true.

He probably faked his death... Along with The Elvis, Adolf Hitler, Kurt Cobain, Adlai Stevenson, and an assorted elite few whom all share an island paradise in some God-forsaken corner of the world, sitting by the pool all day drinking Coolaid and Margarita's...

I can't believe you just posted a link to TMZ as a reputable source of information, TK...  No offense or anything.  (And nor was I denying the claim, I just thought it was interesting that CNN said it was acting on secondary information -- proof that American news agencies are nothing more than second-hand reporters.  They're all like, "XYZ is saying that A is true, so we're going to report it, too!"  It's so sad to me.)

Even FOX isn't all that reputable. Look for something listed by the Associated Press. By the way, MSNBC claims AP just confirmed it with their sources, so it's seemingly legit.

The story hasn't been up too long though, so things will be revoked, refuted, and even futed?

interesting, i was going to post this awhile back in general discussion, but i felt it was too irrelevant
guess not :P

but anyways, it is quite a shame, i play "beat it" live from time to time
a world without micheal is a world not worth living:(
