Gene Siskel, this one's for you.

Trolling has become a popular sport amongst the greenhorn users of the limitless technological wonder called the World Wide Web. However, just like sports of real life, trolling has too many rookies and not enough pros. Today, another ant in the colony has managed to reach the surface and prove his worth... for whatever it's worth to him.
From the start, cyberpsygen7 displays no form of confidence in his chosen username. The 7 alone would tip off even the most layman user to the fact that this troll most likely believed he was lucky. Not a promising future for this young talent, nor the route he chose to go to get his point across.
His message (which is mediocre on an ideal day) consisted mostly of calling out the Crimson Echo software design team and their response to the CD letter being "bs." Sorry, cyberpsygen7, but Penn & Teller are magnitudes above you in the BS department.
Calling that same team cowards and them standing on his digital pedestal only demonstrates his inability to organize his thoughts into a coherent and empathetic manner. If there was any internet sportsmanship in his message, it traded itself to 4chan moments after he completed his first sentence.
An important element of trolling involves following up in your opener at least two or even three more times to demonstrate your true trolling finesse. To date, cyberpsygen7 has yet to do so. In fact, he stated that he would not be returning to this site ever again. This would fall under the category of a hit-and-run troll, not a crime boss troll who sticks around to see the job get done properly. How sloppy.
His message has done [almost] nothing in terms of "disrupting a community or garner reactions, attention and controversy." If the users on this Compendium's response had to be compared to precipitation, it would be like a light drizzle. An expert troll would expect at least a light drizzle or even a fair amount of sleet from his thunder. Too bad it was stolen.
Sub par username, failure to significantly disrupt posting, and failure to follow up. This troll doesn't even deserve to be fed his own medicine.
Thumbs down.My advice to Mr. cyberpsygen7? Take a correspondence class on trolling from the real experts over at the /b/ boards on 4chan, then do what your Magic 8-Ball advises you: Ask Again Later.
