I spent alllll day at our lovely (well, kind of anyway) State Capital today. I have actually never been there before, and I really never had an interest in going. But I got a tour of the capital building and it was very exciting for me. So yeah, I got back at 1 am and wasn't able to attend again! I'll try again next week. I'll probably be less social when October hits anyway and more likely to make it to card night.
So is hold 'em the only game you guys have played? Now that I've become more familiar with other types of poker, I think I like 7 card stud the best... I'm not sure how much I like hold 'em so far.
I wish we could play Deuces High (or Big Two, whichever name you prefer) That game would be fun with a smaller group.
