It was made in a program called After Effects, its kind of simmilar to Flash.

Acctually, the pendulum is a cortesy from the deviantartist Lightning5trike. I think its very cool! XD

A question: how to put my video as a response to another video on youtube?

And to Zeality or other moderators, is there a way to put this video on the fan works section (or any other appropriate)?

There should be a "post a video response" option just under the Youtube video you want to respond to. However, the owner of the video you're responding to has to accept the response before it appears.
