Are you using a mouse? There are a few problems that have existed since the first iteration.
I don't particularly like the eye, but if it's a stylistic choice then that may just be what you're going for. It just looks a bit flat and at the same time, a bit too big. Like the eye is actually painted cardboard stuck on the character's face.
The main actual problems I see are in the edges. It's most noticeable in the arms, I think. They're a bit lumpy and the muscle structure is anatomically incorrect. You can see it in the hair a bit too.
I'll give a more full critique later, when I'm not in class and don't have people wondering why I'm looking at a cartoon picture of a young girl with "swords and tattoos" (their words, not mine

Overall it's not bad, and I've been watching your progress. I think you would benefit from acquiring a drawing tablet. I really like your colors, and the blending has gotten increasingly better since the first version. Keep it up!
