Well that's it... Poor Ten. :( That was heartbreaking. "I don't want to go!"

Eleven/Matt Smith is so ridiculously adorable, though. "I still have legs! And hands, and fingers! Eyes, nose..."

Some of the implications were incredible though. Weeping Angels are actually Time Lords? The Time Lord President is Rassilon! Shame they never confirmed who The Woman is... Although the rumours from before Part 1 apparently said she's the Doctor's mother.

According to IMDb...
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0436992/episodes

Series 5 begins airing 13th March. Which is REALLY early compared to the first four seasons of the new series.

Also, the Specials boxset (The Next Doctor, Planet of the Dead, The Waters of Mars, The End of Time) is out now in DVD and blu-ray. Lots of neat extras, apparently!

Faf's been explaining Doctor Who to me.

I've decided the Master, as played by John Simm, rules.

...And that the story of the Time Lords is incredibly sad.

I've been watching this on Netflix instant viewing. I saw the Christopher Eccleston doctor in a few episodes and thought, "Neat, he's a lively fellow." I was really unsure about watching anything after Season (Series) 1.

But David Tennant has grown on me like a golden tumor (even if I could get rid of it, I'm not sure I'd want to). And the stories are awesome!

I find it odd, but I'm told it's "always been this way" that the costumes and makeup are seemingly top-knotch and the CGI leaves a little to be desired. However, the eye candy is not what's captivated me. The writing is surprisingly (and consistently) witty and humorous, even to me, an American with no real knowlege of British colloquialism. The acting is superb, given that it's "just" a tv show.

One tiny thing still irks me about the show, and that's the endings. A lot of the endings seem to be in the last five minutes of the program, and seem like they were rushed in every stage of production.

Overall, though, I have been loving it.
Edit: Oh ya, I'm on season 3 now.

The totally awesome thing about David Tennant is that he (was) living his dream. Growing up, he watched Dr. Who and wanted to BE the Doctor. He worked at it and suceeded. He's not in the springtime of youth, he's the very manifestation of it.

They say that you never forget your first Doctor. Pfft, I'll never forget the 10th doctor. Sorry Chris Ecc, you were good, but not this good. But we'll always have GI Joe.

Yeah, Tennant was amazing, and it was heartbreaking to see him go. But I have absolutely no doubt Matt Smith'll be great too, can't wait to see him in the new season.
