Nomura says hes working on a not so completely new unannounced title. Of course this is most definitely not Chrono Brake but still we can hope. I wouldn't be surprised if it was FF15 or KH3.

Ol’ Tetsuya’s doing what he does best again: stirring things up with foreshadowed announcements of announcements. In the most recent Gamega magazine, amid speakings of his other projects, he’s asked what he’s most looking forward to in 2010. Nomura declines to answer directly, saying that he can’t yet say the name, but it’s a yet-unannounced game that many people are currently anticipating and that he’s received personal requests about. He foresees a huge reaction to its revelation. What his team is up to is anyone’s guess, and guessing is probably just what he intended with that hint drop. Well 2010 is practically here, so let the guessing begin. Again.

Nomura isn't the first person I'd think of when sending an inquiry about Chrono Break; definitely not something to hold one's breath over. Something related to Final Fantasy VII or Kingdom Hearts seems more likely, unless anyone remembers Nomura being one of the SE officials approached regarding the Chrono series?

Why does everyone want a FFVII remake. FFVI remake would own that. However, I doubt it will be anything as exciting as Chrono or remake announcements. It's definitely Last Remnant II

Though he's got several new projects up his sleeve from what I've been reading up on this. Seriously though, is that not the sickest drawing one could have in a patent? It looks as if they're, like, mixing Yoda with chocobos. That can't possibly be good news.

I say its Chrono Break. Why not? Didn't Square hand over another old game to a new team? Why not Chrono? Even though I hope Kato has a hand in it, at least story wise.

EDIT: In that article it says its a yet-unannounced game. Chrono Brake is still trademarked, so this piles it on even more that it could be a new Chrono.

LMAO! It's funny to imagine that Nomura was only a minor field/monster artist, later gaining the position of concept artist for FF7. And NOW, he's one of the major directors. DIRECTORS!!  Now that's sport!

Hmm, I'm not sure if it's Chrono Break, but the idea sure is tempting. Brake has kept the trademark for AGES now and yet no signs of life other than hints with all talk, and that's it. I wouldn't be surprised if the new game would be something like FF, KH, RS, Mana, Xeno, etc. and NOT Chrono.

But come to think of it, the Chrono series has NEVER had consistent artists. CT had Toriyama, CC had Yuki, RD had... no idea who. If Break had Nomura as an artist and director, and Kato as writer, only THEN Break's awesome power would be unleashed.
