Crikey, that was a freakin' tough last boss! Every time it cast "Meteor," I felt tempted to shake a fist and shout "LAAAAANCE!!" at the monitor.    I'll get the ending up on Youtube soon for those who might be curious and don't mind lots of spoilers.

Yes, it was indeed tough... But, it was also, dare I say, exciting? Heh. =P

I hated writing for Ayla. I could never really get her speech to really feel right. Regardless, I do like that line.

Alright I just killed her, nothing happened though just her sprite disappeared from the screen.  Took me like 20 minutes to kill her though so I cut a lot of the movie out, basically just the beginning method and a few minutes before she dies.  She kept using cure2 but it didn't stop robo's fists of fury.  I couldn't get fraps to recognize my sound card so, just pretend you're hearing the lavos theme.

I loled when I saw Meteor hit the field.

Did you un-equip your weapons?

Yeah, I did a test run and when the characters were using weapons they couldn't actually hurt lavos.  When I took them off though I was about to hit in the 400s typically, since Glenn and Crono had around 650 attack power.  For some reason Robo was able to hurt her though even with his Terra Arm on, I found that out midway through the fight by accident.  


Also note that Magus appears before the fight, but he was not present.  He also appeared after the battle finished as well but I didn't upload that part of the video.

great game by the way, but i'm having a sound issue.  I get sound but it sounds all janky, it'll sound fine for a bit but then it sort of skips a beat and after another beat catches back up.  The best way i can describe it is sounding 'janky'

i've tried decreesing frame rate and size of screen but niether one seems to do the trick.

if you could help me i'd be much obliged

It might be your sound card. Most of the music is made up of Midi files, with some Mp3's in core places. I'm not sure what to tell you.

I'll be releasing an updated version of Alter in a week or so. This will fix some bugs, such as the Haste bug, floating Lavos Mouth, and so on.

Also, I'll be adding some DLC, such as a new playable character.
