Well.....I don't know any that run on a Mac because most are made using rpg maker which is strictly a windows program.

I think some people are making their own CT fangames by rom hacking though so if you can find those games and a Mac SNES emulator then you'll be able to play some

Look for a windows emulator. They do exist. or get linux and the wine emu for that.
