Yeah, other Chrono sites get away with posting rom links, but if we're going to be the kings of this stuff, we can't exactly do that. We're playing totally by the rulebook.

Except fanworks, but thats generally accepted by game producers unless its a remake, as time has proven twice.

But really, google is all you need to find these things.
