Chrono Trigger/ Cross references in my Pokemon Black and White?

The fanmade King Zeal surprisingly looks  like the final boss in the game. I'm not lying.

Then again, the real Champion of Isshu looks like a kindhearted King Zeal before corruption. Or, for laughs, Crono himself since he happens to have a spiky red hair!

The bug/electric type reminds me of Lavos itself.

The two fighting types in the game are sort of like Pipe and Viper (the two comical admirals) by their height.

fascinating discovery today.

The BW soundtrack for "The Tower of Heaven" sounds similar to two classic SNES games.

Gonintendo pinpointed out it sounds a lot like the Light World dungeon theme from A Link to the Past.
And someone else pinpointed out the Chrono Trigger forest theme.

Hm... indeed, at times it really does sound similar. Must better not be a similar case like what SRW K went through.

That tower song is actually pretty interesting. I can hear bits of Trigger's forest theme, and even some bits that sound like "Chronopolis" from CC. As some others have pointed out, it also bears some resemblance to ALttP's dungeon theme. Pretty sure it's all coincidental, though, or at best a subconscious influence. It's just not explicitly similar enough to any of these tracks to constitute an homage or plagiarism.
