The center of gravity is off, I'd start by rotating it clockwise a few degrees til Marle looks right, and revise the feet and legs on Magus as you see fit. Nice picture though.

EDIT: If Marle was against a wall it'd be fine, actually. They just both look like they're leaning.

Add a background! Some shocked and dismayed friends watching, or better yet, place the two of them around the corner from the others and have something completely different going on in the background, so it adds a sense of "privacy" to Marle and Magus's little moment.

The center of gravity is off, I'd start by rotating it clockwise a few degrees til Marle looks right, and revise the feet and legs on Magus as you see fit. Nice picture though.

Or print it off, cut them out, and hang it from a string at different points. Compare this to a string hanging straight down with a weight on the end and trace the straight up/down line each time.

The point where all the lines intersect will give you the center of gravity. If it's too far away from the center, add weight to the opposite side of the image to balance it.

I think Magus is okey except for his right leg, which is a little awkwardly bended. Maybe Marle's pose is a little stiff... if she's supposed to be nervous, maybe she should have her head a little turned to one side? as if she was trying to look away but not really able to? that may break the stiffness, or having her do something with her hand, nervousness affects hands too, but hers looks pretty relaxed  :P But take my suggestions with a grain of salt. Is this done with the tablet?

Um, when you're done with that, draw an imaginary line from the center of the image to the center of the planet, in the point in which it intersects with Lavos, that is the right balance point... no wait...

I can't critique the piece, but I just want to say that Magus looks really creepy in this picture. In a totally hilarious Snidely Whiplash sort of way.

Nice sketch.  Ramsus gives some good advice.  My only remaining critiques would be Magus' chin and Marle's collarbone; the former is just a tad too large and the latter looks too much like the neck hole of a shirt.  Though, perhaps, with the right color and shading, neither of these things would be an issue.

Marle looks cardboard stiff! XD Maybe her back could arch a bit backwards, and hands giving subtle gestures of "not so comfortable this close to him" kinda thing. Magus's right leg might need to be extended a bit for balance, and Marle's left leg going backwards a little as her back arches.
