Pendragon Sigil A Mount Pyre; First or Second Fire Dragon fight?

Pretty much self explainatory what with the title.

Can i get the Pendragon Sigil A whilst at Mount Pyre on the Fort Dragonia quest?

I remember hearing it's at some lava waterfall, but can't find another route. I've backtracked and couldn't alternate pathways around Mount Pyre. You can clearly see light coming from an entrance in the Fire Dragon's lair/chamber. Haven't played in years, memory is hazy.

iirc, some of it isn't reachable if you freeze all of mt pyre.

If chi_z is right, the chest should be on this platform to the right and you need to walk up the lava slope.

But you need to wait until "To the Sea of Eden - Through the hidden holes in time..." is evoked. Some earth quake shatters the stone which prevents you from entering that chamber.
