Rosetta is the sister of Razzly, and the respected leader of the fairy establishment on Water Dragon Isle. Like the other fairies, her origin or manner of life is unknown. An impartial leader, she kept Fairy-ville in order and supported her sister. When the Isle was invaded by the Dwarves, she was chiefly targeted and was taken down below. There, she was savagely beaten and left for dead; fortunately, Serge destroyed the Hi-Ho Tank and was able to administer to her before she passed. She regretted the events that transpired that day, and politely asked Serge to leave the island. Her fairness and restraint in doing so set her above her compatriots, who insulted Serge outright. She then gave Razzly the Wisp Cape, wishing her well.
Alternatively, if Serge did not find Razzly in the Hydra Marshes (or if she was not present at the battle with the Hydra), Rosetta perished in the battle against the dwarves. Her dying wish managed to revive the echanted fairy tree at the center of the isle, which produced a flower -- Razzly's level seven technique. In Another World, Rosetta stayed behind to inform travelers that the wells had dried up, and the Water Dragon no longer resided there.
