Chrono Cross

R2 button = Fast Forward
L2 button = Slow Motion
The Time Shifter is given to Serge when he wakes up at the beginning of a New Game +. It allows the player to slow down or speed up time. Its existence in the actual Chrono series world is debatable, since its a fun game device and has no relation to or origin in the plot.
