It's a blue pyramid on the easternmost island of the magical kingdom, and cannot be accessed until it falls to the planet and becomes the Forest Ruins. A woman speculates that the key to the seal is located in Zeal Palace, and it was -- the Pendant alone can break the seal.
The North Palace was originally to be more than simply a stone foundation with a blue pyramid of energy over it. The original floorplan, consisting of two basement levels and a final room at the head of the complex, can be seen at Sealed Pyramid (CTP).
