How to obtain:

Alien - Charm (maximum of four tabs).
Azala - Charm (while riding Black Tyrano).
Blackbird - Collect all the party's items, gold, and equipment, check the upper-right area of the vents.
Denadoro Mts - Speak to the Kilwala sitting on the cliff four times.
Dorino Residence - Trade Naga-ette Bromide with the old man, who will unlock his drawer to give you a magic tab.
End of Time - Defeat Spekkio at these levels for the subsequent tab count: 1-9 (1), 10-19 (1), 20-29 (1), 30-39 (1), 40-98 (1), 99-** (10).
Enhasa - Defeat the Nu in Belthasar's room.
Geno Dome - 2 Sparkles.
Golem - Charm.
Golem Twins - Charm (2).
Kajar - Scratch the Nu's back in the laboratory.
Keeper's Dome - Sparkle (after you get the Epoch).
Last Village - Sparkle (wait awhile, or exit and reenter for the Nu to move out of the way).
Lost Sanctum - Deliver the Prismastone (2).
Magus's Lair - Defeat Flea, Sparkle.
Medina Elder's House - Sparkle.
Mt. Woe - Sparkle.
Hero's Grave - Sparkle (after completing sidequest).
Ocean Palace - After taking the elevator down, ride it back up and search the upper-left wall.
Ozzie's Fort - Sparkle.
Trann Dome - Sparkle.
