General Information
Chrono Trigger
The Chrono Trigger V-Jump Player's Guide is a Japanese player's guide that provides many interviews and special features, including early character sketches by Akira Toriyama.
There was a special edition called the "Emergency" V-Jump player's guide that had a contest. First place would get a Toriyama lithograph of the underground passage art. Second place was 10 phone cards, and third place received the holographic card set; there were multiple 2nd/3rd place winners. Players had to answer questions using clues from the guide and knowledge about the game.
