Una is Leena's sister, and is somewhat defensive of her. She worried that Leena was too uptight, and comically asked Serge to break her in somewhat. Una spent most of her time collecting shells with her sack.
Name Origin
Una is a character from Spenser's Faerie Queene, who attends the Redcross Knight on a quest to save her parents and people from a dragon. Though in Cross she does not accompany Serge, her parents are indeed 'saved' through him, as Miguel is released from his position at the Dead Sea and allowed to die. It is also Spanish for "one" (female), such as una gaseosa (one soda).
