Bio

Fargo is in some way linked to many of the characters in Chrono Cross. In both the timelines of Home World and Another World, Fargo was at one point a pirate, but in Home World he ceased to be a pirate after meeting Zelbess, a beautiful mermaid. He fell in love with her and produced a son, Nikki the rock singer, and Marcy, a Deva of the Acacia Dragoons. Fargo and his lover were happy together, and were crusading warriors for the cause of human/demi-human unity, but eventually Zelbess died. At this point, the timeline regarding Fargo splits. In Home World, he simply breaks down and turns away from that crusade, instead having his ship become a cruise ship on which he hosts many games, tournaments, and other events designed to separate customers from their money. It was on this ship that Serge eventually obtained the key to the Dead Sea. In Another World, he continues on as a pirate aboard his S.S. Invincible. Serge first meets up with Fargo when sailing to Fort Dragonia. Fargo locks him up after a hefty fight, but the ship is then invaded by ghosts. Beset by hordes of the living dead, Fargo requisitioned the assistance of Serge and his friends, and they defeated the demons. This earned Fargo's friendship and loyalty. Fargo later repaid the favor upon Serge's visit to Radius' island retreat after Serge had switched bodies with Lynx. Shortly thereafter, Another World's Fargo becomes a permanent member of the party and helped Serge rouse his alternate self from complacency.
