What is it?
A basic editor of basic stats. Based on Public information from Evil Peer and JLukas. This editor was created with Visual Basic 6, so you will need the VB Runtimes for this program to work. The source code is included, but it's messy, basic, and quite an eye sore, I'm sure. Perhaps one day I'll clean it up....
