How to Obtain:
Ghetz's Shirt cannot be obtained except through a Gameshark code. Many rumors exist stating that a Wraith drops it in the Hydra Marshes; these often involve elaborate plots and requirements to receive the shirt. However, these are all false. It was most likely planned to be given to the player during Greco's exchange with Ghetz as a ghost. Like the Ozzie Pants, it causes status afflictions.
