Lets you change party members when standing on the world map or in reach of Records of Fate.
The Tele-Porter is a device given to Serge by Kid that allows the changing of party members at Save Points and on the Overworld. Its real basis in the world of the Chrono series is debatable, since it only functions as a necessary game device for RPGs.
